I have drawn and written since childhood, although my path into illustration and storytelling was not linear.

After studying and working as an engineer, I returned to creative practice through personal projects that allowed me to explore ideas, develop stories and refine my visual voice.

Since then, I’ve worked as a freelance illustrator and author, combining commissioned and personal work across children’s books, comics, illustrated maps, and wildlife and cultural storytelling projects.

Intuitive and automatic drawing are central to my process, together with research and observation, helping me connect deeply with each subject and enrich visual worlds.

My style is expressive and playful, balancing spontaneity with strong narrative structure, often exploring themes such as identity, relationships and the natural world through humor and subtle surrealism.

I’m inspired by art, travel and nature — especially birds — and by the beauty, people and stories that surround me in everyday life, which become the starting point for my characters.

My goal is to develop long-term projects that combine illustration and authorship within publishing, science and cultural contexts.
